The Newsletter Permanent Working Group composes its publications in LaTeX environment,
therefore we kindly ask all the contributors to provide their articles in TeX format. The basic guidelines below should be enough even for those not skilled with it, however if you have doubts do not hesitate to ask

Contributors already experienced with LaTeX should give however a look to the guide, as we use a few special commands and should note that we are asking only a section per article to be composed by us and not a ready-compilable document.
